What cannabis products can you legally buy in India?
Ayurvedic preparations made from the cannabis leaf — Vijaya — manufactured under an AYUSH licence. That covers oils, gummies, capsules, concentrated extracts and topicals. It does not cover the flowering tops or resin, which remain prohibited under the NDPS Act.
Which format is easiest to dose?
Oil, and it is not close. A graduated dropper lets you adjust one drop at a time, so a practitioner-advised amount can be matched precisely. Kushiva's oils are standardised at 200 mg of extract per millilitre, and the free dropper calculator converts milligrams into drops.
Gummies are the opposite trade: fixed portions, no adjustment, but nothing to measure and nothing to spill.
How long does each format take?
Oils held under the tongue are the faster of the two common formats; edibles are slow by design because they pass through digestion first. Kushiva's product pages state the expected window for each, and the pack directions are the authority. The practical rule with any edible is not to take more because nothing has happened yet.
What do cannabis products cost in India?

Full-spectrum or isolate?
Full-spectrum keeps the leaf's natural range of compounds; an isolate strips it to a single molecule. Neither is universally better, and which suits you is a practitioner's call. Kushiva sells full-spectrum only, which is a deliberate choice and does mean we have no THC-free option — several rivals do.
Do I need a prescription to buy them?

How do I choose between them?
Ask two questions. Do you need to adjust the amount finely, or is a fixed portion simpler for you? And will you actually take it — because taste is the most common reason a bottle goes unfinished.
