Why buy from Kushiva

  • Lab-tested, with proof — a batch Certificate of Analysis is available.
  • Doctor review on every order — upload a prescription or take a free doctor call; nothing ships without approval.

1) Add an oil to your cart. 2) Upload a prescription at checkout, or choose the free doctor call. 3) Pay securely; our doctor reviews and approves; your order ships in plain packaging. The full process: getting a cannabis prescription online.

How to compare CBD oils in India before you buy

Indian brands state strength in at least two different ways, which makes a side-by-side comparison harder than it should be. Four checks settle most of it.

  • Check the unit, not just the number. Some brands state total milligrams per bottle; Kushiva states milligrams per millilitre. A bottle advertised as 3,000 mg and a bottle advertised as 200 mg/ml are not describing the same measurement, and the larger number is not automatically the stronger oil. Work out the per-millilitre figure for both before you compare price.
  • Check the licence. Ingestible cannabis leaf extract is supplied in India under the AYUSH framework. It is reasonable to ask which licence a product is made under, and in whose facility.
  • Check that a batch certificate exists. A Certificate of Analysis is a laboratory's report on the specific batch in the bottle, not a general brand document. Kushiva holds one for every batch; the lab results page sets out what a COA covers and what it does not.
  • Check the paperwork you receive. A GST invoice, a named seller and a traceable order record are the practical difference between a regulated purchase and an informal one.

Listed prices across nine Indian brands are compiled on the India cannabis price index, and each brand has a side-by-side page — for example Awshad, Qurist and Cannavedic.

What 200 mg/ml means on the label

Both Kushiva oils are standardised at 200 mg of cannabis leaf extract per millilitre. That figure stays the same whichever bottle you buy, which is the reason it is printed that way rather than as a bottle total.

  • 10 ml bottle — 2,000 mg of extract in the bottle, ₹1,199.
  • 30 ml bottle — 6,000 mg of extract in the bottle, ₹2,490.

Per millilitre of oil the two are identical; the 30 ml simply lasts longer and works out cheaper per millilitre. The dropper is graduated so an amount can be measured and repeated rather than estimated. If the reviewing doctor gives you a figure in milligrams, the free dropper calculator converts it into drops for your bottle size. Kushiva does not suggest a starting amount — that belongs to the approved label and the practitioner who reviews your order.

Delivery, payment and returns

  • Delivery — free anywhere in India, in plain unbranded packaging. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and most arrive within 7 days; you get a tracking link once the parcel is dispatched.
  • Payment — prepaid only: UPI, credit and debit cards, and netbanking. Cash on delivery is not offered, because dispatch happens only after the doctor has approved the order. A GST invoice is issued every time.
  • Returns — these are sealed, prescription-routed products, so returns are accepted only where an item arrives damaged, tampered with, incorrect or defective, reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. Opened or used bottles cannot be returned. Full terms are on the refund and return policy page.
  • Cancellation — an order can be cancelled at any point before it is dispatched.

Who should not order

These are botanical wellness products for adults, not a medicine for any named condition, and they do not suit everyone.

  • Anyone under 18. Kushiva does not supply minors.
  • Anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • Anyone who will drive or operate machinery after use.
  • Anyone taking other prescribed medicines who has not told the reviewing doctor. Interactions are the single most useful thing to raise on that call; there is a plain-language summary in Vijaya and your other medicines.

Keep every product in its original packaging, out of reach of children, and follow the approved label rather than anything you read online.

A note on the name

"CBD oil" is the phrase India searches, and most AYUSH-licensed brands use it. What is actually in a Kushiva bottle is full-spectrum cannabis leaf extract (vijaya) — the whole-plant preparation, not an isolated molecule. If you want the terminology untangled properly, read cannabis oil vs CBD oil vs hemp seed oil.
