How to get a cannabis prescription online in India.
Prescription-based cannabis formulations in India are supplied only after review by a registered medical practitioner. Here is how the process works, step by step.
In short: you do not need a prescription in hand to start. You can place an order, and a registered practitioner reviews it afterwards — by checking a prescription you upload, or through a doctor call — and provides a prescription when clinically appropriate, at no extra consultation fee. Dispatch happens only after approval.
Step 1: Choose your format
Browse the range — measured oils, gummies, or concentrated extract — and add your product to the cart. Shop the range.
Step 2: Upload a prescription, or ask for a doctor call
At checkout you have two routes: upload an existing prescription from a registered practitioner (PDF, JPG or PNG), or select the doctor-call option if you do not have one.
Step 3: Pay securely online
Complete payment by UPI, card, or netbanking. Payment is collected first, but your order is processed and dispatched only after the medical review is complete.
Step 4: Medical review
A registered practitioner reviews your uploaded prescription, or calls you to understand your situation. A prescription is provided when it is clinically appropriate — and not otherwise. If an order cannot be approved, an eligible refund is processed under our Refund & Return Policy.
Step 5: Approval and dispatch
Once approved, your order is prepared and shipped in plain packaging. You will receive guidance on dosage and responsible use — follow it exactly, and do not exceed the prescribed amount.
Why a prescription is required
A prescription ensures proper patient assessment, dosage guidance, monitoring for side effects, and consideration of interactions with other medicines. It is also how legally compliant supply works in India for these products — see our India Cannabis Law FAQ.
