Do I need a prescription to order?
No — you do not need a prescription in hand to order. If you already have one, you can add it during checkout. If you do not, our in-house doctor reviews your order after you place it and provides a prescription when it is clinically appropriate, at no extra cost.
What happens after I place my order?
Our in-house doctor reviews your prescription or consultation before dispatch. Once it is approved, your order is prepared and delivered. If anything is unclear, the Kushiva team contacts you using the email and phone number you provide.
How do I pay?
You pay securely online at checkout. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, and netbanking through Razorpay.
Is the packaging discreet?
Confirmed orders are prepared in plain outer packaging with no product branding on the outside, for private and responsible adult use.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery timing is confirmed after your prescription is reviewed and the order is processed. Timing can vary by location. If you need an update, contact us with your order number.
Are the products lab-tested?
Yes. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) and AYUSH certification details are available on request. Email us the product name and batch details and we will share the relevant documents.
Who can order? Is there an age requirement?
Kushiva products are for responsible adult use only. Orders are intended for adults aged 18 and over.
Can I return a product?
For hygiene, safety and compliance reasons, opened ingestible products may not be returnable. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly and we will make it right. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
