Where things stand today
Every batch is tested, and every batch has a certificate of analysis. If you want the COA for the batch you are buying, or one you have already received, ask us and we will send it.
What we can tell you today: our products are manufactured under India's AYUSH regulatory framework in a GMP and ISO-certified facility, with certification details available on request. Potency is standardised and stated as a number on the approved label — 200 mg per ml in the oils, 350 mg of leaf extract per gummy — and every Vijaya order goes through a prescription and medical-review step before dispatch.
What our certificate is. A batch QC certificate issued by the manufacturer against in-house specification: identity confirmed by HPLC, extract strength, full formulation breakdown, and physical checks including weight and disintegration time. It carries a batch number, a manufacturing date and an expiry date, and we will send it to you. It is not an independent third-party report, and it does not include contaminant screening — worth knowing when you compare sellers, and worth asking every seller the same question.
What you can check yourself. Our cola gummies are labelled at 350 mg of leaf extract each. The batch certificate records a 13% Vijaya extract in a gummy averaging 2,700 mg — which works out at 351 mg. The number on the box is the number in the gummy, and you can do that arithmetic yourself from the document we send you.
We do not publish the certificates as a downloadable library. Posting a handful of PDFs and letting the page go stale as batches turn over would be worse than not posting them at all. What we do instead is keep the document for every batch on file, and hand it over to anyone who wants to see it.
If you want to see it
- Find the batch number. It is printed on the product label, usually near the manufacturing and expiry dates, and marked as Batch or Lot. On the outer carton it appears in the same block.
- Email hello@kushiva.com with that batch number. An order reference (it looks like S00123) works just as well — we can find the batch from it.
- We send the document back. If a batch document is delayed at the laboratory, we will tell you that rather than go quiet.
Most people never ask, and that is fine. The point is that the document exists and is not hard to get hold of if you want it.
What a certificate of analysis actually tells you
A COA is a laboratory's report on one specific batch. Not the product line, not the brand — one batch. That is why a COA with no batch number on it is close to meaningless, and why an undated one tells you nothing about what is in the bottle in front of you.
These are the tests that matter, and what each one is protecting you from:

Two things worth checking on any COA, from us or anyone else: the batch number matches the pack in your hand, and it is clear who ran the test and against which standard rather than the manufacturer testing itself. What AYUSH licensing means, and what it does not
Kushiva products are made under India's AYUSH regulatory framework, and AYUSH certification details are available on request.
It is worth being precise about what that covers. AYUSH licensing governs how a product is manufactured and classified — the facility, the formulation category, the permissions to produce it. It is a manufacturing and regulatory approval. It is not a clinical endorsement, and it does not mean a product has been proven to treat any condition. Anyone implying otherwise is stretching it.
Vijaya (cannabis leaf extract) is prescription-regulated in India. Every Vijaya order we dispatch goes through a medical review step for exactly that reason.

Can I see the COA before I buy?
Yes. Email hello@kushiva.com and say which product you are considering. You do not need to have ordered anything.
What does "AYUSH licensed" cover?
Manufacturing and product classification, not laboratory results. The COA covers the second part. They are different things and both matter.
My batch number is rubbed off. Now what?
Send us your order reference instead. We can trace the batch from the dispatch record.
Does the COA tell me what dose to take?
No. It tells you what is in a batch. What to do with that is a question for the doctor reviewing your order or your own physician.
If something does not match
If a document we send you does not match the pack you received, tell us and we will investigate the batch rather than explain it away. Write to hello@kushiva.com, or use the formal route through our grievance redressal process, which exists precisely so that a complaint does not depend on goodwill.
