Shipping partners
We work with trusted logistics partners, including India Post, Blue Dart, and other reputable courier services, to ensure reliable delivery across India.
Order processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation and prescription verification (where applicable).
- Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
- Prescription-based products may require additional verification before dispatch.
Delivery timeline
Most orders are delivered within 7–10 business days, depending on your location, courier service availability, and regulatory requirements. Remote locations may require additional delivery time.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an order confirmation by email and/or SMS, a tracking number, and a courier tracking link. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.
Delivery address
Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and contact details are accurate at checkout. Once an order has been processed, address changes may not be possible. Kushiva shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Delays beyond our control
Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, fires, strikes, lockdowns, epidemics or pandemics, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, public holidays, severe weather conditions, and other force majeure events. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed and ensure delivery as soon as possible.
Undeliverable shipments
A shipment may be considered undeliverable if:
- The delivery address is incorrect, incomplete, or cannot be located.
- The recipient refuses delivery.
- The recipient is unavailable after multiple delivery attempts.
- Regulatory or prescription verification requirements remain incomplete.
Our courier partners generally make up to three delivery attempts. If delivery remains unsuccessful, the shipment may be returned to origin. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch requests.
Shipping coverage
Kushiva currently ships only to locations within India where delivery is legally permitted. Certain products may be restricted in specific jurisdictions based on applicable regulations.
