Returns, refunds, and cancellations.

Kushiva is committed to product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Because these are prescription-based botanical wellness products, specific conditions apply to returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for returns

Products may only be considered for return if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product packaging is tampered with upon delivery.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photographs and order details.

2. Non-returnable items

For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned once delivered:

  • Opened products.
  • Used products.
  • Products with broken seals.
  • Prescription-based products supplied against a valid prescription.
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.

3. Refund policy

Approved refunds will be processed only after verification by the Kushiva quality team. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Kushiva.

4. Order cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

5. Damaged or incorrect orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us with:

  • Order number
  • Name
  • Contact number
  • Photographs of the package and product
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the case and provide a resolution.

6. Prescription compliance

Certain Kushiva products are supplied only after prescription verification and medical review. Once such products have been approved and dispatched, they cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of damage, manufacturing defects, or incorrect fulfillment.

7. Quality assurance

Every batch supplied through Kushiva undergoes quality control procedures. If a genuine quality concern is identified, Kushiva reserves the right to replace the product or provide an appropriate refund after investigation.
