Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available. All orders must be prepaid before processing and dispatch.

Prescription verification

For products requiring medical consultation or prescription verification, payment may be collected before verification; however, order processing and dispatch will only proceed after successful review and approval where required by applicable regulations. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to prescription verification requirements, any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Payment security

Kushiva does not store your credit card, debit card, UPI PIN, CVV, or banking credentials. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment service providers using industry-standard security protocols.

Order confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation, a payment confirmation, and an order reference number. Please retain these details for future communication.

Failed transactions

If the payment amount is debited but the order is not confirmed, the amount is generally reversed automatically by your bank or payment provider. Timelines for reversal depend on the respective bank, card issuer, or payment service provider. For assistance, please contact our support team.

Pricing & taxes

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees, if any, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Fraud prevention

Kushiva reserves the right to verify payment information, request additional identity verification, cancel suspicious or fraudulent transactions, and refuse service where required by law or regulatory obligations.
