Kushiva is a family-run, prescription-based botanical wellness brand in India. We are a small team, and we would rather explain ourselves carefully than sell you something quickly.
My hope has never been to create a brand built on exaggerated promises or unrealistic expectations.

Kushiva was built by a family, not a marketing department
The founder's interest in the cannabis plant began with his own health, not a business plan. He was diagnosed with asthma in 2012, became curious about the plant years later, learned which forms were wrong for him, and eventually stopped using it altogether. What stayed was a conviction that adults deserve honest information rather than promises.
That is the whole origin of this company. He wrote it down in full, including the parts that are not flattering.

What we actually do for every order
Not values on a wall. These are the steps that happen between you placing an order and it arriving.
A doctor reviews your order
Every order is reviewed by a registered medical practitioner before it is dispatched. If you do not have a prescription, you can request a call with our in-house doctor at no extra consultation fee.
Every batch is tested
Every batch has its own certificate of analysis, and we will send you the one for the batch you are buying. We also say plainly what that document is: a manufacturer QC certificate covering identity, strength and formulation — not an independent third-party report, and not a contaminant screen.
Your prescription is handled carefully
Upload it at checkout or let our doctor write one after a call. It stays viewable in your account, and it is never shared outside the review process.
You are told what is happening
You get an email when your order reaches doctor review, when it ships, and when it is delivered. You should never have to chase us to find out where your order is.
A real invoice, from a real company
Every order is billed with a full GST invoice from the registered entity. No grey-market channels, no cash-only sales, nothing you cannot account for.
If something goes wrong
There is a published refund policy and a grievance redressal process with a named route to a person, because a complaints process that only exists on paper is not a complaints process.
A small team, and you can reach all of it
Kushiva is deliberately small. There is no call centre between you and the people who make the decisions.

- They started the company and still run it. Product, positioning and what we will and will not claim are their decisions.

- A registered medical practitioner reviews prescriptions and orders, and takes the consultation calls for customers who do not arrive with a prescription.
- Customer care
- The same small team answers the email and the phone. You are not passed around a queue, and the person who replies can usually act on what you asked for.
We are not here to make exaggerated claims
We are here to ask better questions, support informed decisions, and create a transparent space where patients, doctors, researchers, skeptics, and curious minds can discuss botanical wellness with clarity.
