Orders go out in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no product descriptors on the outside. Once dispatched, you receive a tracking link by email or SMS. Most orders ship within 3–5 working days after payment and, where applicable, prescription verification. Full detail is on the shipping page.

Discreet does not mean off-the-books. Every order is billed with a GST invoice from E HEMP STORES PRIVATE LIMITED, and ingestible products are doctor-routed — upload an existing prescription at checkout or take an arranged consultation, as described in how it works. Your data is handled per our privacy policy.

Kushiva delivers across India through trusted logistics partners. Remote pin codes may need a little longer. Prepaid checkout (UPI, cards, netbanking) keeps the transaction clean and the packaging plain.

The outer packaging is plain. There is no product name, no cannabis or vijaya wording, no leaf imagery and nothing on the outside indicating what is inside. What the courier handles is an ordinary parcel.

The delivery label carries what any courier requires: the recipient’s name, address and phone number. That is unavoidable. Discreet packaging means nothing on the outside identifies the product — not that a parcel travels anonymously.

Every order is prepaid, invoiced and traceable. A GST invoice is issued with Kushiva named as the seller, and the order record exists so the order can be tracked, supported, and refunded where the policy allows. Doctor review still happens before dispatch.

That combination is deliberate. Privacy at the doorstep is reasonable; an untraceable purchase of an ingestible cannabis product is not, and a seller offering one is worth avoiding.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment and prescription verification, and most arrive within 7 days. A tracking link follows dispatch and can take up to 24 hours to become active.

Give an address and phone number you can actually be reached on. A parcel is treated as undeliverable if the address is incomplete, the recipient refuses delivery, or nobody is available after repeated attempts — and address changes are often impossible once an order has been processed.

Payment is prepaid only: UPI, credit and debit cards, and netbanking. Cash on delivery is not offered, partly because dispatch follows doctor approval, and partly because a COD parcel has to be discussed at the door — which is the opposite of discreet.

Returns apply only to items that arrive damaged, tampered with, incorrect or defective, reported within 48 hours with photographs. Opened packs cannot be returned. Full terms are on the refund and return policy page.
